Where do you deliver?
Free shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee.
When does handling start?
Order cutoff is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders before cutoff enter that day’s handling batch; orders at or after cutoff, on weekends or holidays enter the next business day’s batch.
Can I return my shorts?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging, with original tags where provided. See Returns & Refunds for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our error, damaged, defective or incorrect goods. Customers cover change-of-mind return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
How do I care for my shorts?
Check the care section for your selected design. Embroidery, crochet and stretch denim require different care.
